The hotel has a great location near the EU buildings and public transport. While the staff was friendly and breakfast was varied and tasty, the room felt a bit dark and the Wi-Fi was slow. A decent stay with room for improvement.

It's located minutes from an underground station. Their rooms are always brand-new and fully-equipped with fluffy towels.

Indifferent attitude of the staff

Consider visiting the nearby cafe for breakfast instead of the hotel, as they offer better value and a more pleasant atmosphere.

In general, it is an excellent hotel, you can tell it is in the area of the European Parliament. Very new, huge facilities, all very well kept. Attentive staff and they speak Spanish (they have the languages on the badge that they wear on their shirt). Very close to the Schuman metro station (in that area you can also see the Parque del Cincuentenario). Also next to the bus that takes you to the airport (if I remember correctly, line 12, Bus airport, 4.50 ?). The huge room, with all the amenities, huge and super comfortable bed. Everything clean. We stayed our last night in Brussels because of its good connection to the airport, it's perfect for that or if you go on business. By metro it doesn't take long to get to the centre either, but if you are going for tourism it is better to stay more centrally.

only thing that made the stay not perfect (since the room is very comfortable) was that our room neighbours left at about 4:30 in the morning with suitcases included and they stayed a while talking in the corridor, they woke us up and you could hear EVERYTHING. It was very difficult for us to rest like that. Otherwise, everything is great.

Our weekend was wonderful, would have extended the stay. Liked to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and luxurious, the location was magnificent in the evening there a many great restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The outdoor restaurant and the Irish bar were on site. The team provided an excellent service.

It's a very nice hotel and I would recommend it, especially to those involved with the EU Commission because it's really next door! Breakfast is excellent, except at weekends when food/drinks run out quickly and are not replenished.

The 2 managers at the restaurant dealing with breakfast in the morning were really inadequate - they were arrogant, unfriendly and unpleasant. They should learn to smile and to be more polite. They couldn't wait to prepare the tables for lunch!

Comfortable mattress, minibar included, kettle and coffee maker ... Breakfast is very delicious .

Breakfast is expensive. No bathrobes or slippers.

The staff of the hotel is very well trained and welcoming. Location is excellent for those having business at the EC.

Rooms are a bit far away from the entrance.

It is a very nice hotel just 5 minutes by metro from the city centre. Has the best breakfast I ever took in hotel and the staff is very polite and helpful.in my opinion value for money 10 /10! next time I visit Brussels I will surelly stay there again!

During my recent weekend stay, I was really surprised by how close the hotel was to both Parc du Cinquantenaire, less than a 5-minute walk and is perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the iconic Grand Place, just over 2 km away. The breakfast was a good bonus, with plenty of options that fueled my days of exploration.

Great breakfest

As usual, the staff are friendly and efficient, the location and facilities both excellent.

The hotel is looking a little tired, stained carpets in the room, chipped paintwork etc. Cleaning was not up to standards experienced on previous visits.
